Certification in the Marine (Specialist Vessel) Sector
IMCA's Marine Division has a particular focus on dynamic positioning and the specialist vessel operations dependent on such techniques.
As part of this, IMCA developed its guidance on 'The Training and Experience of Key DP Personnel' (IMCA M 017) and works with the Nautical Institute and has guidance recommending the use of its scheme for DP operator training.
