Remote Systems & ROV Division Events

The Remote Systems & ROV Division holds dedicated events addressing ROV issues, as well as contributing to the IMCA annual seminar, to raise awareness, share good practice and facilitate discussion of current issues.

Developments in ROV Technology IMCA held its second ROV seminar alongside the popular Oceanology International exhibition in London on 12 March 2008. Click here for a report on the event.

The Remote Systems & ROV Division provides an increasingly important contribution to the IMCA Annual Seminar, which has been held at locations around the globe since 1993.

Having started as a marine-focused event, its programme has expanded with parallel technical sessions and since 2005 has addressed all aspects of the industry. Indeed, a dedicated ROV stream has been included in the programme from 2008. 2011 Event The 2011 IMCA annual seminar took place on 9-10 November at the Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans on the theme The Future of Marine and Subsea Operations.
