IMCA Offshore Survey Division

Contracting Issues in the Offshore Survey Sector

As part of its ongoing work programme, IMCA's Offshore Survey Division has considered contracting issues, the products of which work are aimed at raising awareness of contracting issues among IMCA members and their clients.

It should be noted that all documents are produced solely for guidance and to raise awareness in this way and that they are not binding. Each IMCA member is free to enter into whatever contracts and commercial agreements it deems to be in its interests.
