Academic Requirements for Graduate Surveyors
Over recent years, IMCA's survey contractor members have been concerned that graduates from survey courses that they recruit are not equipped with the expected level of knowledge upon completing their course and that knowledge acquired from different courses can vary considerably. This has led them to produce a document, covering fifteen key areas, providing guidance to university department on areas that IMCA and its offshore survey contractor members would expect a graduate surveyor to have knowledge of upon completion of their undergraduate or postgraduate course.
