Regional Activities
While IMCA is a global trade association which aims to produce guidance applicable world-wide, its four regional sections bring representatives together to discuss issues pertinent to members active locally. Each section is entitled to representation on the relevant global committee, providing an opportunity for feedback and input into the world-wide work programme. Whether long standing or newly formed, these have all made significant contributions to enhancing the world-wide applicability of IMCA guidance and continue to do so.
A number of the sections have formed sub-groups mirroring the global committee structure to facilitate such work in each technical area. For more information on current sub-groups and their work, see below:
