Freelance Personnel
Freelance personnel are a valuable part of the offshore workforce. To help ensure their experience, training and records of competence assessment are portable and can be recognised by a variety of contractors, IMCA has developed an information pack dedicated to them.
The contents of the pack are available for downloading below, with the full sets available as .zip files for contractor and agency download. Individuals should download the overview plus the part(s) for the position(s) in which they work.
UPDATING IN PROGRESS - the main guidance documents for these positions (IMCA C 004/C 005) were updated in November 2009.
These guides for freelance personnel will be updated to reflect the changes in the main documents in due course but are still considered of value for freelance personnel to download and use at this time.
