Registration
The programme and registration brochure for the IMCA safety seminar 2008 has been published and can be downloaded from this site.
You can also register online - please use the form below to submit your registration to the IMCA secretariat. We will then contact you with confirmation and payment options.
Fees:
- IMCA Members: £150
- Non-Members: N/A - this event is open to members only
The seminar fee includes lunches; the drinks reception and seminar dinner; and a CD containing the presentations, to be distributed after the event.

Terms
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card (NB we are unable to accept Diners Card), sterling cheque or direct bank transfer. If you register online, we will send you an invoice detailing the full payment options.
- Payment is required two weeks before the event. Where this has not been received, we will request a card payment. Cash or card payments at the event may be permitted, subject to an additional 10% handling fee.
- Each delegate will receive confirmation of their registration once payment has been received, by way of a printed admission card. Any delegate unable to attend may transfer their registration after informing seminar staff at the IMCA secretariat in London.
- Cancellations may be made up until 18 January 2008. After this date, no refunds will be made and any outstanding amounts will remain owing, as final arrangements will have been made and cost agreements entered into.
- Accommodation is not included in the seminar fee and is the responsibility of each delegate. However, a number of rooms has been reserved for seminar participants at the InterContinental Hotel at an especially reduced rate. click here for more details.
