Venue and Accommodation

This year's IMCA annual seminar takes place at the Sofitel Rio de Janeiro, Copacabana, Brazil.

Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. However, a number of rooms have been reserved for seminar participants at a reduced rate. Delegates are encouraged to make their reservations early, as these rooms will be released shortly before the event and will then be subject to more general availability.

An accommodation booking form for the event is included in the seminar programme and registration brochure.
