Fees
- IMCA members: £295
- Non-members: £345
The seminar fee includes lunches, the welcome reception, dinner and closing reception plus a CD containing the presentations, distributed after the event.
Terms and Conditions
Payment and cancellations
- Payment is required by 14 October 2009.
- IMCA can accept payment by credit/debit card (NB we are unable to accept Diners Card), sterling cheque or direct bank transfer. Where a cheque or card details are not sent with the registration form (including online registrations), a 'due' invoice with our bank details will be issued.
- Where payment has not been received by the above deadline, a credit/debit card payment will be requested and your registration may be deleted by IMCA.
- Cancellations may only be made until 21 October 2009. After this date, no refunds will be made, as final arrangements will have been made and cost agreements entered into.
Registration and substitutions
- Delegates must register in advance.
- Each delegate will receive e-mail confirmation of their registration once payment has been received, which should be presented on arrival at the seminar.
- Any delegate unable to attend may transfer their registration after informing IMCA seminar staff in London.
