The fourth annual IMCA Golf Day will take place on 22 May 2008 at Newmachar Golf Course in Aberdeen, UK.
This is the same location as for the 2007 event, where a fantastic time was had by all who participated. Once again we will have a shotgun start, to allow all players to enjoy the full 18 holes before returning to the clubhouse together for lunch and the prizegiving.

The IMCA Quaich and the Poseidon Maritime Challenge Trophy will be awarded for the best individual and team performances, with a range of other prizes too.
For those feeling energetic there is the opportunity to play a further 18 holes from 15:30 hours on the Hawkshill course.

- Eligibility
- This event is open to IMCA members and their guests only
- Fees
- £65 per player
- These fees include VAT at 17.5%, which we are obliged to charge to all participants. Details on reclaiming VAT for those outside the UK are available from www.hmrc.gov.uk
- Payment and confirmation
- Payment is required at least two weeks before the event.
- Payment can be made by credit/debit card, sterling cheque or direct bank transfer. Where payment is made with booking, a 'paid' invoice will be issued. Where payment is not made, a 'due' invoice will be issued, showing full payment options and bank details.
- When payment has been made, confirmation will be issued by e-mail.
- Cancellation
- Cancellations may be made up until 8 MAY 2008. After this date, no refunds will be made and any outstanding amounts will remain owing, as final arrangements will have been made and cost agreements entered into.
