IMCA Golf Day 2008
The fourth annual IMCA golf day took place on 22 May 2008 at Newmachar Golf Course in Aberdeen, UK.
Some 80 players filled the course, with a shotgun start and 18-hole Stableford competition.
Jean Pritchard, a guest of NHC, won the IMCA Quaich with 42 points - "I played out of my skin," she said, while the Poseidon Maritime Challenge Trophy for best team went to Houlder Insurance Services, with an aggregate 134 points.
An array of individual, team, 'skins' and novelty prizes was shared among the competitors who reflected on this successful event and its regular good weather - another great day.
Looking back at previous years' results some winning trends of successful member companies are emerging, including Subsea 7, Helix, RBG and Kongsberg.
