IMCA

Regional Sections

IMCA's regional sections enable members to collaborate at a regional level, sharing best practice, networking and co-ordinating discussions with client and regulatory bodies.

Restructuring in 2002 has strengthened IMCA's world-wide focus while extending coverage of local issues through the association's regional sections. The inauguration of two new sections in that period means that every IMCA member is now covered by a regional section empowered to deal with local issues and enhancing IMCA's global work at every level.

A number of sub-groups exist at a regional level to co-ordinate activities in specific areas. In addition to co-ordinating work on local issues, the sections and their sub-groups have representation in every part of the world-wide committee structure, enhancing the global nature of IMCA's work and ensuring that the association's work and guidance is applicable internationally.
