Invitation to comment on evaluation of existing USCG regulations, guidance documents, interpretative documents, and collections of information
The USCG has launched an ongoing consultation regarding all its regulations, guidance and interpretative documents.
Based on the attached Federal Register Notice, the USCG is seeking comments on its regulations, guidance, documents, and interpretative documents that the public believes should be repealed, replaced, or modified.
Should you consider that there are any USCG regulations that should be revised or revoked, please submit your feedback to IMCA North America representative Eric Roan by 1 September 2017.
Attached is an IMCA feedback form, should you find it helpful for submitting comments. You are, of course, free to submit comments in another format if you find that easier.
