Export control policy

IMCA outlines its policy to comply with UK export controls governing the transfer of strategic, military, dual-use goods, and technology, including restrictions related to embargoed countries.

Members downloading IMCA materials must confirm that they will not use them in violation of these controls, which cover exports from the UK as well as transfers between overseas countries, encompassing items listed on strategic export control lists and those subject to end-use and sanctions regulations.
