We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across IMCA.

This is a key role within our Leadership Team, where you will help shape how technology supports our organisation and our Members, while leading and developing a small team (2–3 direct reports).

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day IT operations, lead improvement projects, and work closely with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and fit for the future. You will also play an important role in managing supplier relationships, contracts and performance, while identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes and user experience.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in managing suppliers, and the ability to balance operational delivery with longer-term improvements.

Based in London with hybrid working, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, people-focused organisation.
