Technical Adviser – Diving

Are you an experienced offshore diving professional looking to influence industry standards and improve safety across the global marine contracting sector?
IMCA is seeking a Technical Adviser – Diving to join our Technical & Safety team. Working closely with the Diving Manager, you'll help shape industry guidance, support technical committees, provide expert advice to members, and undertake audits of diving contractors and training providers across the UK and internationally.
We're looking for someone with:
- Extensive offshore diving experience and technical expertise
- Strong knowledge of diving systems and safe diving practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to work independently and represent IMCA across the industry
- Auditing experience (desirable)
This role is UK based, as you'll work closely with our UK-based Diving team and will be required to travel nationally and internationally to conduct audits.
