A proactive and positive partner, IMCA has significantly inputted into recent discussions on greenhouse gas emissions, the IP Code, and the Diving Code, drawing on the experience and expertise of our Members. This is why the MPRA Committee will often engage with the work programmes of other Committees at IMCA.

In addition, the Committee inputs into IMCA's engagement at other bodies, such as the EU. Another focus is to keep Members abreast of regulatory changes at the IMO, the EU and elsewhere, and how they may impact on Members and their operations.
