Our aim
IMCA works to ensure the marine contracting industry are well positioned to recruit, train and maintain a highly skilled and competent workforce, vital for safe and efficient operations in the offshore environment.
Our activities
The Committee provides competence frameworks to support the industry by providing a basis for assessing levels of competence of its personnel in safety-critical positions. This Committee assists and supports other IMCA committees in this area. From time to time the Committee organises seminars and workshops to connect our members with industry experts.
