Most recently it published the industry's first Standard T&I Contract for Offshore Wind – which follows IMCA's 'FAIR' Contracting Principles, as outlined in our recently released Renewables Contracting Principles. All our contracts are free for Members to access in our Technical Library.
The Committee engages stakeholders from across the sector, and along the supply chain, helping the industry as a whole find consensus based around a fairer approach to contracting for offshore energy projects.
In addition, the Committee reviews IMCA's policies on Competition Law and Anti-Bribery, ensuring they are up-to-date, and its working group on Insurance and Compliance explores key areas for our Members. The Committee advises the IMCA Board on legal issues.
