IN 1353 – Safety statistics for IMCA contractor members

IMCA has produced an annual report of safety and environment statistics (covering fatalities, injuries and environmental indicators) supplied by contractor Members since 1997. 

IMCA’s HSS Core Committee recognises that the publication of safety statistics is considered an important and useful service to Members.

The safety statistics are available as a short slide pack, published in PDF format, comprising bullet point headings, together with the main statistical findings and some graphics. This has been updated following the most recent meeting of the HSSE Core Committee, to include the following additional information on:

1. The five fatalities reported in 2017.
2. Company banding according to overall man-hours reported. This could prove useful for companies wishing to assess their safety performance within their peer group (on man-hour size only).
