I’m all about turning membership into something people genuinely value — not just something they sign up to, forget about, and suddenly remember when an invoice lands. I’ve spent over 15 years working across professional bodies, including more than a decade at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and most recently at the Institute of Customer Service, partnering with organisations such as Aviva, Network Rail and EDF.
At IMCA, I focus on building strong, trusted relationships and turning insight into action so our global members feel heard, supported and part of something that really works for them — fuelled by my ADHD, which brings high energy, big ideas, curiosity, and the occasional enthusiastic detour.
Outside work, you’ll usually find me in the garden, a pub garden (weather permitting), travelling or out with my dog, Ru — who is convinced he’s in charge!
