Hassan joined ADNOC Logistics & Services in 2014. In his role as Manager HSE, he leads the Corporate Planning & Performance teams, HSE Compliance as well as Environment & Occupational Health teams.

He has 17+ years of experience working in the oil & energy industry, in systems engineering, project management, Leadership, and overseeing operations, projects, technical and HSE functions.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Institute New York.

Bill joined IMCA in November 2021 and has 25 years of experience in the commercial diving industry. 

Prior to joining, Bill spent 12 years at the Health & Safety Executive in the UK regulating the safety of divers working in the offshore energy and other sectors of the diving industry. During his time at the HSE, Bill also worked as a decommissioning specialist. 

Bill worked as an air and saturation diver on a wide range of diving projects and also held a variety of topside positions, including project engineer and project manager. 

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography; an MSc in Marine Resource Management; and an MSc in Decommissioning.

In January 2024 Bill was promoted to Diving Manager.

Ross Macfarlane's diverse maritime career spans from traditional seafaring to pioneering autonomous vessel operations. Currently serving as Remote and Autonomous Operations Resource Centre Manager for Fugro Middle East, he oversees the implementation of remote and autonomous technologies across the region. Previously, as USV Policy and Public Affairs Advisor at Fugro, Ross led regulatory affairs for autonomous ships and helped reshape workforce requirements for the evolving human-machine relationship.

Ali is a qualified Air and Closed Bell Diver, a Dive Supervisor, and a highly experienced Diver Medic. During his career Ali has assisted the Health & Safety Executive in the UK and other authorities in investigating diving incidents and has been called as an expert witness due to his specialist knowledge. 

Experienced in training, assessment, and verification, as well as dive project planning and risk assessment, Ali’s initial remit was to ensure that IMCA-endorsed training providers around the world delivered quality training to the offshore diving industry.

Keith started his career in offshore positioning in 1996, starting as a software engineer working on software for the Fanbeam laser positioning system. After ten years of technical roles and global offshore work, Keith transitioned to a commercial role, looking after MDLs marine business for another ten years. Following a short spell of self-employment and 4 years at a downhole technology company, Keith moved back into the marine positioning market in 2021 as an Account Manager for Oceaneering's C-Nav positioning solutions division. Today, Keith is focused on bringing the unique new C-Nav LEO solution to the market.

Jason has been with Blu Subsea since March 2025. He is responsible for the day to day operations undertaken by Blu Subsea and over sees Air and Saturation diving projects in the UAE.

He has been in the diving industry since 1994 and has worked all over the globe in the air and saturation diving fields and has run diving operations in Europe, West Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

Safety has always been his number one priority on any diving operation he has been involved with. He is the current chairman of the IMCA Middle East & India Regional Committee and works closely with both IMCA and IOGP in the development of new guidance for the industry.
