Daniël has spent a decade developing his skills at Heerema Marine Contractors. Starting in structural engineering, his personal drive has always been at the forefront of development and automation. Working through roles as a project engineer, tender coordinator and working onboard Heerema’s vessels. Now, as Lead Circular, he drives Heerema's Circular Ambition as part of its sustainability strategy, aligning with IMCA standards to promote innovative and sustainable industry practices.
With over a decade of experience in tech leadership, I focus on driving strategic growth and building strong partnerships at Dockflow, a company reshaping the logistics landscape. My work centers on integrating advanced web technologies with industry knowledge to enhance supply chain visibility and enable data-driven decision-making. Together with the Dockflow team, I develop digital solutions that help businesses navigate logistics challenges and build a transparent, future-ready supply chain ecosystem.
Klaas Hendrik Eller is Associate Professor of Private Law at the University of Amsterdam Law School. His work engages broadly with the role of law in the Green Transition, in particular the legal regulation of global value chains and companies’ implementation of such rules. Next to his academic work, Klaas serves as adviser to NGOs, national governments and international organizations. He obtained his legal training and PhD in law in Germany and France and is qualified to practice at the bar of Berlin. He is a co-editor-in-chief of the German Law Journal and a member of the Amsterdam Young Academy (AYA).

Jan Willem van Bloois is a seasoned professional in the offshore and energy sectors, with a strong focus on sustainable supply chains and business development. He plays a key role in advancing circular economy initiatives, most notably through his involvement in Re-Quip—a collaborative industry platform aimed at extending the lifecycle of offshore equipment through reuse, refurbishment, and responsible redeployment. With a pragmatic yet forward-thinking approach, Jan Willem helps bridge operational efficiency with environmental responsibility. At the IMCA event, he will share insights from KenzFigee’s role in Re-Quip and broader efforts to reshape offshore supply chain practices.
