The Marine Safety Forum (MSF) has published the following Safety Flash regarding a potential safety concern with the Mullion COMPACT150N ISO 12402 LIFEJACKET, once it is inflated.
Mullion has recalled all COMPACTLIFEJACKETS which have been sold since 1 December 2011 if they have a YELLOW valve in the oral inflation tube. See the diagrams in the link below for more details.
