The US Department of the Interior Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) has published the following safety flash regarding the rupture of a water pressure tank bladder.
An employee suffered facial injuries when a fitting he was removing was ejected under pressure.
