IMCA is pleased to welcome Jim Cullen as its new Technical Director.

Jim has around 30 years’ experience in the marine contracting industry as an engineer, project manager, and project director and HSEQ director.

In the subsequent 10-year period he focused on large projects offshore in West Africa. Latterly he spent six years as HSEQ Director for the Global Projects Centre, and in early 2022 he set up his own consultancy business.

Jim has a BEng degree from Newcastle University and is a chartered marine engineer in the UK.

Commenting on his appointment, Allen Leatt, CEO, ICMA said: “We’re delighted to welcome Jim to IMCA as our new technical director.
