Quality assurance of diving system audits

The National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA) of Australia has published Safety Alert 63 regarding the quality assurance of diving system audits.

Update as of 2 March 2017: Additional information drawn to the attention of NOPSEMA has made small changes necessary. The alert was re-issued as Safety Alert 63 Rev. 1, and has been passed on to IMCA members as IMCA SF 05/17 Incident 1 Clarification from NOPSEMA: Quality assurance of diving system audits.
