The Singapore Ministry of Manpower has issued a safety circular, which has been passed to us by a member.

Although the notice is from last year, the company has re-issued it as a reminder to its personnel.

The incident involves a number of safety issues including:

  • working at height
  • communication
  • lighting, and
  • management of change.
