Dr. Akanksha Batura Pai is Executive Director of Sinoda Shipping Agency, Strategy Head at Raks International and Director of Seamind Blue Ocean, leading digitalisation, talent growth and sustainable strategies in maritime services. An IMO Goodwill Maritime Ambassador Emerita, she serves on the Singapore Shipping Association Council, is a Mission to Seafarers, WISTA and Maritime SheEO Ambassador, and mentors start-ups through PIER71. She led Sinoda to become Singapore’s first FONASBA member and sits on its Education & Quality Committee. Ranked #1 in the 2025 Top 100 Women in Shipping, Akanksha also serves as Liaison Officer for the Consulate-General of Malta and holds multiple global industry awards.

Alexis Chee is the Managing Director of Divetech Offshore, overseeing the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and commitment to safety. He and his team have driven the firm’s transformation from a civil and ship husbandry contractor in Singapore into a regional subsea provider for the offshore energy sector.
He previously served as Chairman of the Commercial Diving Association Singapore (CDAS) and was a member of the Workplace Safety and Health (Marine Industries) Committee, where he collaborated with government agencies on policy development, industry consultation, and regulatory initiatives.
Alexis is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He also holds a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health and is a certified commercial diver.

Alvin Tang is the Managing Director of Kitar Solutions, Asia’s first fully integrated decommissioning provider, formed as a joint venture between Vantris Energy and AF Offshore. With an engineering background and an MBA, Alvin transitioned from technical roles to corporate strategy and played a key role in Vantris Energy’s debt restructuring. His career spans Houston, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Kuala Lumpur, and Taipei, giving him a global perspective on the energy sector, particularly in oil & gas and offshore wind. Today, Alvin advocates for responsible decommissioning, ensuring the safe and sustainable retirement of oil and gas assets as part of the energy transition.

Amir Hisham Albakri or in short, AHA has been in the Oil & Gas and Energy industry for more than 2 decades bringing experience working in Malaysia, Indonesia and the UK. Currently he is the Director of Sales & Business Development in Kemuncak Lanai Sdn Bhd and sitting as one of the Executive Council Members of MOGSC. With over 25 years of experience in subsea operations, Andy Ching has built a career centred around remotely operated vehicle (ROV) systems and their applications in field development, inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM), drilling and completions, as well as cable repair and burial projects.
Throughout his career, Andy has led and supported major offshore projects, including turnkey project management for the Kikeh Field Deepwater Subsea Production in Sabah, and subsea cable installation and burial for the BIFROST and ECHO Cable Systems. His extensive hands-on expertise bridges both the oil and gas and submarine cable sectors, giving him a unique perspective on operational challenges and workforce development needs.

Azfar is the Operations Manager at Alam Maritm, specializing in offshore subsea projects.
He has extensive experience in ROV, diving, and subsea intervention operations, with
expertise in project planning, contract management, stakeholder engagement, and risk
mitigation. Azfar is recognized for leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex subsea
operations safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HSE and industry standards

Bill joined IMCA in November 2021 and has 25 years of experience in the commercial diving industry.
Prior to joining, Bill spent 12 years at the Health & Safety Executive in the UK regulating the safety of divers working in the offshore energy and other sectors of the diving industry. During his time at the HSE, Bill also worked as a decommissioning specialist.
Bill worked as an air and saturation diver on a wide range of diving projects and also held a variety of topside positions, including project engineer and project manager.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography; an MSc in Marine Resource Management; and an MSc in Decommissioning.
In January 2024 Bill was promoted to Diving Manager.

Bionda van Roosendaal is an accomplished QHSE professional with extensive experience in both the maritime and offshore industries. Beginning her career as a dual officer at sea, she later transitioned into shore-based roles with shipping companies and various maritime contractors. Currently at Heerema, Bionda has been instrumental in overseeing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) functions across the organization and major projects. She is deeply committed to fostering a strong safety culture and driving operational excellence by developing effective QHSE frameworks and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Bionda is also passionate about employee engagement and commitment, championing the 'Dare to Care' mindset across the organization. Her efforts ensure alignment and buy-in for QHSE programs, not only within Heerema but also throughout the supply chain.

With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Bruce Duthie brings a wealth of technical and operational expertise to the stage. Bruce has built a distinguished path through a variety of project engineering roles.
Over the years, he has held several key leadership positions at Boskalis Subsea Services, including Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, Head of Technical Strategy, and most recently, Head of Remote Operations, a role he assumed at the start of this year.
Bruce’s career reflects a deep commitment to innovation, safety, and advancing subsea engineering practices through collaboration and strategic vision.

Chua holds a Masters Degree in Offshore Technology and Subsea Engineering with National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with UK Engineering Council. He has 15 years of experience in the oil & gas and renewables energy sector, working across Asia Pacific region. He started off as a client representative for new-built vessels and offshore structures, and subsequently moved to offshore/subsea Transportation and Installation (T&I). He spent the last 7 years with Fugro, moving from project management to commercial team. In his most recent role as Business Development Manager, he works with clients to understand their project requirements, thereby crafting the most commercially and technically sound proposals to clients. Chua has a keen interest in promoting new technologies and helping clients to embark on the journey of adopting new technologies to execute their projects in a safe and cost-effective manner, which at the same time minimizes operational carbon footprint.

Darren is the Managing Director of KB Associates Pte Ltd and KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd. He is well-versed with working in high-risk industries. With a 14-year career in the British Forces and an overall career within the military / commercial diving industry spanning from 1977.
As a saturation diver / diving supervisor he has worked offshore globally such as North Sea, Malaysia, Brunei, China, Mexico, Argentina, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia. In year 2002, he established KB Associates Pte Ltd (KBA) and in 2006 he established KBA Training Centre Pte Ltd (KBAT) based in Singapore.
Darren has a MSc in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management, is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Safety & Occupational Health (CFIOSH), and a Registered IRCA UK ISO45001:2018 Lead Auditor. He is a member of The Institute of Industrial Accident Investigators and Member of Asia Pacific Institute of Experts. He has been a member of the International Marine Contractors Association Diving Division Management Committee since 2004, held the position of Vice Chairman for the Commercial Diving Association (Singapore) for 10 years and Chairman of IOSH Singapore Branch for 6 years, he is currently the IMCA South East Asia Regional Committee Chairman.

Debbi is the Chief Sustainability Officer for Cyan Renewables. This portfolio includes HSEQ, risk management, sustainability, compliance and overall accountability for the company’s internal and external assurance programs.
Debbi previously was Executive General Manager Sustainability within MMA Offshore Limited, prior to the acquisition by Cyan Renewables in 2024.
Debbi has a Master in Business Administration, is the Chair of the International Maritime Contractors Association (IMCA) HSS Core Committee and is a member of the IMCA Asia Pacific Regional Committee.

Ellie heads up Vanguard’s Intelligence department and the team of analysts, overseeing products and directives which ensure timely identification, coordination, and response to both current and future client risks. Ellie is responsible for delivering expert risk analysis; for creating new products to meet the ever-changing needs of clients; for guaranteeing that the Digital Platform is continuously populated with a variety of risk datasets; and for ensuring accurate, and reliable intelligence reports across the team.
Prior to joining Vanguard, Ellie has extensive experience working for several leading companies in the risk management sector, including those with a focus on maritime. She has practice of working on active kidnap-for-ransom/political detention crises, and has produced analysis and bespoke written pieces for a wide range of countries in North and West Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Ellie holds an MA in Intelligence and Security from the University of Leicester and a BA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Birmingham.

Emek is a Naval Architect and Deputy Regional Managing Director for ABL’s APAC operations, based in Singapore.
He has a decade of leadership experience, including establishing and growing ABL’s German office.
With a strong international track record, he has worked across EPCI, vessel owner, and MWS roles, gaining both theoretical and practical experience across engineering, operational planning, and execution phases of projects.
As a consultant, he has also worked on investigation cases involving vessel and cargo damages.
Before joining ABL, Emek was Head of Projects Engineering at Hansa Heavy Lift in Hamburg / Houston, and earlier worked for McDermott in Dubai.

Ewan Austin is the Business Development & Commercial Manager for the subsea services business unit of Cyan Renewables. With 15-years of subsea contracting experience spanning offshore engineering roles across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, and now leading commercial & business development activities at Cyan Renewables (formally MMA Offshore), Ewan brings a unique blend of technical and commercial perspectives to subsea solutions. Ewan is particularly passionate in the progressive development of Cyan Renewables' nature based solutions.

Grant 'Axe' Rawlinson is a world class human-powered explorer and team decision-making coach. From the street level to the boardroom, international 7-aside rugby player to over 50 expeditions across the
globe including walking across countries, cycling across continents, climbing Mt Everest and virgin mountain peaks, swimming around islands, flying off mountains to crossing many sea's completely by human-power, Axe dedicates his life to the pursuit of Bold, Unique Goals.
A native of New Zealand, Axe is based in Asia, holds Bachelor and Post Graduate degrees, is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a professional member of the Asian Professional
Speakers Association (APSS) and chair of the Royal Geographic Society (Singapore branch). Grant is happily married to the beautiful Stephanie whom he shares the joy of raising twin explorer's, Kate and Rachel.

Iain has over 40 years’ experience in offshore marine construction around the world. He spent the early part of his career engineering and managing the installation of major offshore infrastructure before moving into commercial and strategy roles with tier one contractors.
He is a chartered engineer and has an MBA. He is a past President of IMCA and was previously supporting IMCA in expanding its position in offshore renewables.
On 1 June 2023, Iain became the new CEO of IMCA.

Jamie joined IMCA as Chief Operating Officer in April 2025, with responsibility for operational leadership, technology and digitalisation, membership services, and risk management.
An experienced c-suite and non-executive director with multi-sector experience across the marine, aviation, and leisure sectors, Jamie has worked at professional membership organisations and trade bodies for the last 20 years, including as Chair of the Membership Committee for the Royal Aeronautical Society, and is a leader and speaker on topics including mental health and safety, allyship, inclusion, STEM, and apprenticeships.
From 2021 to 2024, Jamie was the Director of Engineering and Supply at the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), responsible for the safe design, manufacture, and maintenance of a fleet of 470 lifeboats, the RNLI’s buildings and lifeboat stations, a large fleet of vehicles, and for procurement, supply chain, and logistics.
Jamie’s career started in the Royal Navy as an Air Engineer and Pilot, where he worked for nine years. As a strategic leader, Jamie was selected to lead various change initiatives throughout his career, including introducing a new safety culture, creating new engineering and operational policies and regulations, and running several complex operational, infrastructure, and technical programmes.
When not working, Jamie enjoys trail running and keeping fit, and together with his young daughter he shares a passion for collecting and building Lego, winter sports, and spending time outdoors.

Jason has over 30 years of multi-discipline work experience in the Oil & Gas and Civil/Marine Infrastructure sectors obtained in the UK and India, as well as in South East Asia.
He has worked for engineering consultants, leading EPC contractors and offshore service providers. In the last 25 years, his focus on the South East Asia market has enabled him to develop a unique niche of bridging gaps and positioning international companies in this region.
Prior to joining IMCA in 2022, Jason was Area Manager at Boskalis Offshore, responsible for the business development of their suite of offshore services including the decommissioning of offshore assets in the region.

With a Chemical Engineering background and over 28 years of experience across Upstream and Midstream business, Jill has held diverse roles in Operations, Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Reliability and Turnaround and Asset Management. She has worked in NL, UK and Malaysia.
Jill has been appointed to the role of GM Project Malaysia effective 1 April 2025. As GM Projects Malaysia she is accountable for all projects in Malaysia which include the Rosmari/Marjoram, F6VLAP, FAS, Sabah Deep Water Projects and brownfield portfolio of projects, which underpin the Shell Malaysia Upstream business development and growth.
Prior to the GM Malaysia Projects role, she was GM SEAM in P&T to lead the global SEAM team facing Integrated Gas businesses covering both Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Gas to Liquid (GtL) portfolios. Jill builds strong collaborative partnerships with assets, functions, integrates impactful support across Projects & Technology (P&T) in delivering Gap to Potential opportunities.
During her time as Sarawak Asset Manager, she had successfully led the asset organization through seamless transition, driving safety leadership, operational excellence & asset improvement initiatives as well as monetising portfolio growth with multiple projects coming onstream.
In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, swimming, and exploring new places.

Head of sales – Asia. I have been at Sonardyne for the last 8 years, prior to this worked as a survey operations manager and project manager at UTEC and C&C technologies. My background is more than 17 years’ experience as an offshore surveyor, specializing in metrology and LBL work. My education is in Physical Oceanography.

Juzer is a seasoned Decommissioning and Reuse Consultant with over 25 years’ experience leading offshore decommissioning projects across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. He has managed the removal of 19 offshore platforms, numerous pipeline rectification works, and served as Project Manager for Petronas on turnkey EPRD and EPCIC Reuse projects. His expertise spans cutting operations, feasibility studies, cost estimation, and technical training. Beyond project delivery, Juzer contributes to industry advancement as Chairman of the MOGSC Decommissioning Working Group and is a regular speaker and workshop facilitator at regional industry events.

Dr Kenneth Gerard Pereira is the Founder and Managing Director of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad, Malaysia’s first listed independent oil and gas exploration and production company. He listed Hibiscus Petroleum on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on 25 July 2011.
Dr Kenneth has 35 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry in the services as well as the exploration and production sectors. He began his career with Schlumberger Overseas in 1983. He joined the Sapura Group in 1990, and in 1997, was appointed Vice President of Energy Sector Projects where he initiated the building of the oil and gas services business.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Engineering from the University of Bath, United Kingdom, an MBA from Cranfield University, United Kingdom and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of South Australia, Australia.

Luca is President and Chairman of IMCA, having previously held the role of Vice President. He is also Head of Assets, Fabrication and Project Services at Saipem.
He previously served as Senior Vice President for the Offshore Business Unit at Saipem responsible for its worldwide commercial strategy, Managing Director of Saipem Perth, Saipem Asia and Saipem Malaysia, where he led commercial activities for the Asia-Pacific region.
He began his Saipem career in 1997 in Paris with Saibos, serving first on board vessels as Field Engineer and then in the estimating and tendering department. In 2000, he moved to Dubai as Deputy Project Manager for an EPCI project of a processing platform of 12,000 tons for Total Nigeria. In 2003, he moved to Jakarta as Project Manager of an EPCI project of two wellheads platforms and associated pipelines for BP. Before returning to Singapore, he spent time in Paris within Saipem’s FPSO business.
He graduated from the University of Pisa in Aeronautical Engineering and previously served as an officer in the Italian Navy.
Luca became President and Chair of the IMCA Board in 2024, and has served on the Board since 2016.

Mahesh has nearly three decades of operations, commercial and project leadership expertise within the energy industry (upstream and downstream). During his 20-year tenure at McDermott, he has held senior positions in strategy, commercial and major projects.
He has extensive global experience, in both large-scale project and corporate roles, with a career spanning across Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Europe. Prior to joining McDermott, Mahesh worked for Saipem, Reliance and Kvaerner John Brown.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a post-graduate diploma in project management and a master’s degree in contracts law and arbitration.
Mahesh is part of McDermott’s Executive Committee and is currently leading the Global Subsea and Floating Facilities business line.
Mahesh is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Mary began her career in the oil and gas industry developing, implementing, and managing environmental management programmes for projects in Angola, Egypt, Turkey, the Middle East and the UK.
Most recently she was involved in the development and application of net zero sustainability strategies and the application ESG frameworks on major projects in the UK.
Mary is a chartered environmentalist with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, a Master of Science degree in Pollution and Environmental Control from the University of Manchester, and most recently a certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.

Mitch Winter is a Technology Engagement Specialist with GRi Simulations Inc. He has a background in 3D modelling, post-secondary education, and adult learning. Mitch has worked at GRi Simulations for 5 years and previously taught at College of the North Atlantic in St. John’s Newfoundland.

Monica Th. Bjørkmann has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry. She is currently SVP for Health, Safety, Security and Environment in the Subsea7 group. Monica has had many roles within the company and has been working in Norway, UK and Australia. Her background is in economics and strategy studies from University of Stavanger and Aalborg University.
Monica has been Chair of Offshore Norge for 5 years and SVP/VP for Subsea7 in Norway for 10 years. She has also been a member of the KonKraft Council (Collaboration arena for the Norwegian energy industry) and NHO supervisory board (The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises).

Dr. Nadia Aarab is a leading expert in environmental sustainability with over 23 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. As Group Sustainability Manager at DeepOcean, she develops sustainability programs and leads the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). She also drives the company’s net-zero strategy and embeds sustainability across operations. Her career covers marine environmental protection, aquaculture, oil spill preparedness, and energy transition.
Previously, she served as Senior Marine Scientist and Senior HSE Professional in Emergency Preparedness. Dr. Aarab holds a Ph.D. in Oceanography from CNRS–University of Bordeaux and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
In 2024, she became Chair of IMCA’s Environmental Sustainability Committee.

Nick holds a NEBOSH General Certificate in occupational safety and health, and is responsible for all IMCA Safety Flashes and safety statistics, and for supporting the development of safety promotional material and related guidance.
Before joining IMCA in January 2005, he had a career as a chief observer and senior survey engineer in offshore seismic survey.
Nick has a degree in Physics and Geology and a HNC in Electronics and started work with Seismograph Service (SSL) in 1988, continuing to work offshore all over the world with Geco-Prakla and WesternGeco until 2004.

I am an Associate Pipeline Engineer at McDermott who recently graduated from Universiti Teknologi Petronas, achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. The skills I have developed enhanced my knowledge application abilities when joining the offshore and energy industry. These achievements include receiving Focused Recognition, academic, and software certification. As a newcomer to the field, I am eager to continue learning from experienced professionals and to contribute to projects that promote efficiency and sustainability in offshore operations. I envision a future where engineering solutions are adaptable, driven by continuous collaboration. I hope to inspire younger audiences to stay curious, seek knowledge, and play an active role in what they studied for.

Prof. Dr. Captain Norzali Mohd Zain, 63, is the current head of training and consultancy department at the Netherlands Maritime University College (NMUC). He is the key figure in securing a RM 5.3 million training grant for Dynamic Positioning (DPO) and Remote Operating Vehicle (ROV) from the Technology Depository Agency, the funding arm of the Ministry of Finance. In the oil and gas sector, his business portfolio for 2021 is worth RM 15.5 million, which were delivered at the end of July 2021 for the decommissioning and installation of subsea hose and mooring systems at the oil fields owned and operated by Petronas.

Dr Noor Amila Bt Wan Abdullah Zawawi, is the Senior Director of Technology Research Excellence (TREx) at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), and an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering. A Chartered Energy Engineer in Energy Institute UK, and a Professional Technologist, she holds a PhD in Built Environment from IIUM and has over two decades of experience in offshore engineering and construction management.
Recognised as a leading authority in offshore decommissioning, sustainable asset management, and low-carbon construction technologies, Dr Amila has spearheaded numerous high-impact research and consultancy projects with PETRONAS and international collaborators. Her notable contributions include the development of the Predictive Analysis Decommissioning Asset Management System (ADAMS) and the Reefing Index. She has also been instrumental in fostering academia-industry collaboration through the Industry Meets Academia (IMA) platform, a strategic initiative with PETRONAS to align research with industry needs.
With over 100 scholarly publications and extensive experience in training and consultancy, Dr Amila has successfully managed more than USD 60 million in research funding as Senior Director TREX. She continues to play a vital role in shaping national and international standards and policies in the energy sector, particularly in offshore structures decommissioning.

Nuphar Notschaele leads Huisman Singapore, working with clients across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Having been involved in equipment from the drawing board to offshore installation, testing, and later maintenance and upgrades, he brings practical insight into every stage of a heavy lifting system’s life

Peter Burger has been seconded by Fugro, the world’s leading geo-data company, to UNESCO-IOC in Paris, where, among other tasks, he supports the UN Ocean Decade to improve access to private-sector ocean data.
He is coordinating the Corporate Data Group, established by Fugro and UNESCO-IOC, which comprises leaders from private sector companies representing a wide variety of marine industries, including fisheries, energy, telecommunications, and marine contractors. This working group focuses on developing frameworks and mechanisms that will accelerate the unlocking and provision of public access to the vast reservoir of privately held ocean data.

Roger Joined IMCA in July 2023 having spent the last 27 years working in the ROV Industry around the globe, most recently for the James Fisher Group. Over his career he has held positions offshore from Trainee Pilot Technician to OPM, and onshore as a ROV operations Manager & Technical Authority.
Prior to this, Roger served in the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, which gave him a foundation in all manner of mechanical and electrical equipment. Roger has written several training programmes, and has hosted internships as a STEM Ambassador.
Roger is Technical Adviser for Remote Systems & ROV, Offshore Survey and Competence and Training.

Dr Sanjay C Kuttan, Founder/CEO of Kai Gaia International Advisory and a distinguished leader with over three decades of experience shaping the global energy and maritime sectors with a career spanning both public and private domains i.e., the Global Centre for Maritime Decarbonisation, Singapore Maritime Institute, DNV, Energy Market Authority, McKinsey & Co., and ExxonMobil. His expertise includes energy transition, research, technology, and maritime decarbonisation. Beyond his executive career, he serves actively as an advisor and council member to multiple organisations driving sustainability, innovation, and community development, e.g., Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore, ERI@N-ECOI, Motion Ventures, and GCMD.
Dr Siti Norhidayah Abdullah is a distinguished engineer and scholar, who epitomizes excellence in civil and environmental engineering. Graduating with a Certificate in Civil Engineering (Construction) from Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Polytechnic in 2003, she demonstrated early promise with a notable Final CGPA of 3.76 and received the esteemed Pingat Ketua Jabatan. Progressing in her academic journey, Siti pursued a Diploma in Civil Engineering at Ungku Omar Polytechnic in 2004, achieving a commendable Final CGPA of 3.54. Her commitment to academic prowess continued at the University Technology Malaysia (UTM), where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in 2012, showcasing her dedication to the field. Undeterred, Siti achieved the pinnacle of academic success by completing a Master's in Environmental Engineering at UTM in 2017 with a perfect CGPA of 4.00. Dr Siti Norhidayah, a seasoned environmental professional, currently serves as a Senior Assistant Director in the Environment Institute of Malaysia (EiMAS). With expertise in evaluating Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, she plays a pivotal role in the Evaluation Section. Her previous responsibilities extend to enforcing EIA approval conditions, showcasing her commitment to ensuring sustainable development practices. Beyond her regulatory role, Siti actively contributes to the establishment and enhancement of Environmental Management Programmes, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (2030). Passionate about environmental awareness, she provides technical input on specific focus areas and emerging issues while conducting ISO internal audits at the state level.

As an aspiring saturation diver, her path into the industry was shaped by the unique challenges of her teens and early twenties. experiences that built the resilience and mental strength she now carries into one of the world’s most demanding and male dominated professions.
Tiff describes herself as a challenge enthusiast, constantly looking for steep learning curves, ways to exercise her resilience and push the boundaries of her comfort zone.

Witthayakom Putchakarn is a proficient engineer with extensive experience in offshore installation and decommissioning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Prince of Songkhla University. Witthayakom has held various key roles at Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., and previously at leading T&I and EPCI companies. Currently a Project Manager for Pipeline Removal, he oversees complex offshore projects, including pipeline and subsea assets disconnection, replacement, and removal. Certified in NEBOSH, Client Representative for DP DSV vessel, CSWIP3.4U, and Lean Sigma Green Belt.
