AHA has been in the Oil & Gas and Energy industry for 2 decades bringing experience working in Malaysia, Indonesia and the UK. Currently he is the Director of Sales & Business Development in Kemuncak Lanai Sdn Bhd and sitting as one of the Executive Council Members of MOGSC. His portfolio in MOGSC covers Energy Transition & ESG.

Debbi Garreffa | Executive General Manager - HSEQ, Risk and Assurance, MMA Offshore

Debbi is the Executive General Manager, HSEQ Risk and Assurance for Cyan Renewables. This portfolio includes HSEQ, risk management, sustainability, compliance and overall accountability for the company’s internal and external assurance programs.
Debbi previously held the same role within MMA Offshore Limited, prior to the acquisition by Cyan Renewables in 2024.
Debbi has a Master in Business Administration, is the Vice Chair of the International Maritime Contractors Association (IMCA) HSS Core Committee and is a member of the IMCA Asia Pacific Regional Committee.

Nasri Mehat, Chief Executive Officer, Operation & Maintenance, & Senior Vice President, Group QHSE | Sapura

Nasri Mehat is presently the Chief Executive Officer, Operations & Maintenance at Sapura Energy Berhad. In this role, he oversees an array of services including hook-up & commissioning, facilities maintenance and modification, subsea IRM and solutions, geoscience and geo-survey, offshore support vessels, and turbo-machinery repair and maintenance. Additionally, he holds the position of Senior Vice President Group QHSE, where he is responsible for ensuring the Group's projects and solutions are delivered safely and uphold the highest quality standards.

Nasri's journey with Sapura Energy began in 2010 when he joined the Hook-Up & Commissioning Division as General Manager, Topside Major Maintenance. He was promoted to Senior General Manager in 2014. Before assuming his current role, he served as the Regional Vice President, Malaysia E&C since 2021, having led the Hook-Up & Commissioning Division from 2018. Prior to his tenure at Sapura Energy, Nasri was the General Manager of Operations for Nam Fatt Corporation Bhd, where he oversaw the company's operations in Sudan. 

With over 33 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, particularly in the oil & gas sector, Nasri has a wealth of expertise. His career has taken him to Malaysia, North Africa, and Europe, where he has held numerous leadership and managerial positions. His specialization spans business operations, project management, and contract management, covering onshore plants, pipelines, pumping and heating stations, EPCC contracts for onshore and offshore facilities, offshore transportation and installation, hook-up & commissioning, facilities upgrading and modification, brownfield rejuvenation and maintenance work, as well as infrastructure projects.
