IMCA Update – Revision of Bye Laws

You may remember that last year we made some limited amendments to our Bye-laws, which have been implemented in full.

At the time, I noted that this would be an ongoing process and kept under review to respond to new or changing circumstances. For example, over the past year we have implemented the new IMCA Code of Conduct for Members which requires referencing, and in response to some confusion in our membership categories, we would like to provide better clarity for our Supplier Members, particularly those involved in diving training. Accordingly, we have implemented some amendments to improve our constitution.

These modifications have been approved by IMCA’s Board and Operations Committee.

The revised Bye-Laws are posted on the Governance Section of our website, and should you have any questions, please contact me.
