Marine explosive ordnance (MEO) operations logbook

Our Marine Explosive Ordnance (MEO) Operations Logbook (Logbook 018) has been created for use by all such operators including divers, diving supervisors, MEO supervisors and other personnel who wish to record their involvement in MEO activities.

This logbook is designed to be used by the MEO operative to log, in detail, the exact work carried out by them, such as survey, identification and disposal activities. With its explanatory notes; sections for completion on qualifications/certificates; training record; experience summary; record of MEO activities and an area for the MEO’s own notes, it must be used in addition to the IMCA Professional Diver’s Logbook or another relevant logbook and is not an alternative.
