Feature your innovative solution at IMCA’s DP Conference

The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) is inviting companies with new technology or innovations applicable to the offshore energy  industry to apply to take part in their ever-popular Quickfire, Totally Technology Session at the IMCA DP Conference 2023 (Amsterdam, 9-10 May 2023).

Companies interested in being considered for a 10-minute presentation ‘against the clock’ slot in the session should send their proposed presentation; an abstract explaining the new (or evolving) technology or innovation (150 words max); and any additional supporting video/photographs/charts to [email protected] by 23:59 hrs GMT on 28 February 2023.

Entrants should be companies, not individuals, and should be IMCA members or affiliates of IMCA members. There is no limit on company size or membership category. The review committee will assess all entrants and select the companies to present during the event. All who make a submission can expect to hear by 8 March 2023.

As Mark Ford, IMCA’s Marine & Quality Manager explained:

“The Quickfire, Totally Technology Session has long been a regular feature of IMCA’s Annual Seminar programme; and we were delighted by the delegate response when we introduced it at the 2022 DP Conference where OneStep, MO4, Kotug, and Ampelmann took part.

“It provides an opportunity for often small and medium sized companies to showcase their ideas and innovations to industry leaders in a dynamic and inspiring way. We have member companies in 65 countries, so we look forward to receiving applications from around the globe.

“We ask all who apply to keep background information on the company and its business minimal – it’s the innovative solutions our audience wants to hear about rather than long corporate explanations“.
