Allen Leatt, Chief Executive of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) is looking forward to meeting members of the global trade association at the forthcoming Central & North America Section meeting being held in Houston on Thursday 21 April. “We have three days of meetings, comprising working sessions with our sub-groups and the regional meeting itself.
